From a quick express tidy to a 48-point move-out, every visit follows the same hotel-grade checklist. No upsells, no surprises — quoted in writing before we lift a cloth.

The reset. Top-to-bottom detail across every room — the version we recommend before guests arrive.
Move-in or move-out. Photographed before-and-after, deposit-ready, on a deadline you can hand to a realtor.
Drywall dust, paint flecks, sticker residue — the cleanup contractors don't include. Two crew minimum.
Three cadences, one transparent rate per visit. Up to three bins-worth of home covered as standard; additional rooms quoted on the spot. Cancel any visit twenty-four hours ahead.
Square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and whether you'd like the express tidy or the deep reset. Quoted in writing before you confirm.
Same person every visit, vetted, insured, hospitality-trained. We share their name and photo before they arrive.

Canes Cleaners was started by two former hotel housekeeping managers who couldn't find a residential service that met the standard they were used to running. The shortcut was to bring people from inside the industry — every cleaner on the team has at least three years on a hotel floor before they ever come to your house.
Every visit follows the same printed checklist used at the boutique hotels we trained at — left on your counter, signed, with the cleaner's name.
Plant-based, fragrance-light, pet-safe. We bring the products; if you prefer your own, we use yours.
You'll see the same person every visit. If we ever have to swap, we tell you the day before — not after.
